There is no minimum order.
We have been shipping orders via the Internet since 1995.
Our site accepts these major Credit Cards:

Return Policy:
All standard stock items are returnable for refund within 30 days of purchase. Items MUST
be in "re-sellable" condition. Please call us or email at returns@rplastics.com for a Return Authorization number with your Order Confirmation number. Item(s) will need to be returned to our factory prepaid where a full refund less shipping will be processed.
Please note: Custom manufactured, Items with Logos, Specials, Close-Outs, Adhesives, Resin, Patio Table Tops, Cut to Size, and drinkware items are not returnable.
Shipping Errors: Please call Web Customer Service and reference your Order Number.
Back-Order Policy:
If we are out of any item at the time of shipment, we will ship the order via the method selected, and note which items are "backordered" awaiting resupply at our warehouse. Upon new stock arriving, we will process the balance of the order and ship via the same UPS method of the original order without charge.
Shipping Policy:
We normally use UPS for all shipping. Maximum weight per box is 70lbs. Maximum length is 72". All orders are normally shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on a Friday or on the weekend will normally ship on Monday. If there any delays you will be contacted by our customer service team.
Please note that there are extra costs in shipping orders for cut plastic sheet where the total girth exceeds 108" - that being the measurement of width x thickness x length. Basically, a package over 72" long, or bigger than a 24x48 will incur some additional charge from UPS.

reference the Order Number.
How much is Sales Tax?
We collect 7.75% sales tax on pre-shipping total only for shipments to a California address.
How much will shipping cost?
Since so many of our products have odd sizes and shapes, to determine shipping charges please add the items to your shopping basket, and in the process of checkout you will see the UPS charges. All that is required in checkout is your Zip Code - no personal information needed for shipping costs. Your order is not complete until you accept shipping and enter your account information:

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico "Ground"
UPS fees start at $25.00 and yes, UPS has a new service that is "Ground" to serve these areas more economically. We can not ship cements to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
International and Overnight Shipping - leave a note on the order during checkout. We'll call you with the exact rate before charging your card or shipping the order. Your order will total w/o shipping - we'll confirm actual fees with you. UPS Shipping Fees start at $75 for shipments outside of the United States and Canada.
Weld-On Adhesives cannot ship via AIR - only via GROUND
Some products such as podiums that must ship via truck will have additional charges shown at time of order that are in addition to this table.
How long will it take?
West Coast USA by Ground: 2 to 3 days
East Coast USA by Ground: 5 to 7 days
International Destination: 4 or more business days
Track your order!
UPS is our preferred shipper for domestic and international orders. You can easily update the status of your UPS shipment by entering the required data in the fields provided. An accurate tracking response will only be available after your order has been shipped and will be emailed to you from our Customer Service Center.
You may use the 18-digit UPS Tracking Number provided in the automated shipment confirmation sent to you via email.
"UPS Next Day" means it takes 1 business day of travel.
UPS picks up, then no more than 1 day later, you will
receive your order. Remember: the day we ship is NOT
the first day. The first day is the day AFTER it leaves
our warehouse.
Example: Order is shipped Monday. You get it Tuesday.
"2 Day Air" means it takes 2 business days travel. UPS picks up, then no more than 2 days later, you will receive your order. Remember: the day we ship is NOT the first day. The first day is the first day your shipment is out of San Diego.
Example: Order is shipped Monday. You get it Wednesday.
For all of you in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, you must choose "3 Day Ground" as a standard..
International Shipments:
We use "UPS Worldwide Expedited". You will be charged a fair price by UPS for the shipment, and it takes about 4 days to get to you. Sorry, we do not ship via the postal service. In addition to the posted charges, you MAY be assessed local customs and duty or other taxes.
Warranty on Plastic Sheet and Shapes:
We stand behind all materials we sell. While we inspect all materials before shipping,
there is always the very remote possibility of a "void" in the material that may not
show up until you are machining a part from the material you purchased.
Defective materials will be replaced and will be shipped to you at no cost
upon receipt of defective material. We cannot reimburse for any manufacturing charges you might
have incurred during the process.
