of laminates, featuring MAKROLON AR hard-coat

resistance to yellowing. Whatever the security
application, MAKROLON HYGARD laminates offer
unsurpassed performance versus competitive glass
and glass clad polycarbonate products.
With its unique multilayer construction, MAKROLON
HYGARD can withstand both physical attack and
gunfire from high powered hand guns. This “None
Tougher” laminate line offers multiple levels of
protection ranging from certified containment glazing
to Level 3 bullet-resistant material.
MAKROLON HYGARD laminates will not “spider web”
or spall. This allows for complete vision, which can
be critical for appropriate response in the event of
an attack.
Hygard BR Bullet Resistant grade sheets are available is the following sizes: 38X78, 38X96, 48X60, 48X72, 48X96, 60X72
and 60X96.
Hygard BR grade sheets are available is the following thickness: BR .750, BR 1.000, BR 1.250
Hygard CG Containment grade sheets are available in 48X96 only. Thicknesses are: CG .375, CG .500, CG .750
